Aim and Objectives:

The aim of this program is to develop applicants’ ability to manage and overcome stress.

By the end of this workshop, the audience will:

  • Understand stress and its impact on work-study-personal life
  • Recognise stressors, symptoms and ways to control it.
  • To understand long run impact of stress and health issues
  • Develop personal stress management techniques and exercises


The training will be supported with speaking materials, group discussions, exercises and activities. Provided with hand out materials for references.
